Breanna Weaver

Breanna Weaver, a Senior at Bryant University studying Management, Spanish, and Global Supply Chain Management, is an accomplished Operations Management Professional and Team Leader with a proven record of directing and overseeing all aspects of team development and maintenance to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency. With exceptional communication and customer-service skills, she establishes and maintains strong relationships with all levels of management and staff, resulting in a loyal and repeat customer base. Breanna is a creative thinker and problem solver, implementing innovative ideas and procedures to improve revenue growth, productivity, and efficiency while focusing on department revenues and costs. She previously served as Operations Manager II and Specialty Regional Manager at Pacific Dental Services and as an Executive Team Leader and Executive Intern at Target. In addition, Breanna has held various leadership positions at Bryant University, serving as the Festival of Lights Chairwoman and an Events Assistant at the Admission Events Office while studying for her BSIB. She also studied Spanish Language and Literature at the Universidad de Cadiz as part of the Cervantes Program.
