With a strong background in leadership development, executive presentation coaching, branding, organizational management, and communications, Brea is dedicated to shaping a more sustainable future.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a remarkable 3.97 GPA from the University of San Francisco and a B.A. in Journalism, Political Science, and Human Communication with a 3.94 GPA from California State University, Chico.

Brea's professional journey includes pivotal roles at The Nature Conservancy, where she served as the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Chief of Staff, Chief of Staff for the California Chapter, Pacific Division & Global Fisheries, Director of Leadership Communications, Associate Director of Marketing, and Strategic Communications Manager.

Prior to her tenure at The Nature Conservancy, she held significant positions at NatureBridge as the Director of Communications and Marketing Communications Manager, and at San Joaquin Media Group as an Online Editor.

Her expertise lies in internal and external messaging platforms, leadership development, change management, organizational communications, content generation, and various marketing strategies including social media and email marketing.
