Brandon Winslow is a lifestyle music and culture impresario with a visionary spirit, adventurer's mindset, foodie passion, and a strong belief in prioritizing family above all else.

Having grown up as the son of a professional athlete, Brandon was always intrigued by the behind-the-scenes aspects of the sports and entertainment industry, eventually leading him to a successful career in talent and business management.

After completing his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida A&M University, Brandon moved to Los Angeles, where he worked with TNT Sports Analyst Kenny Smith, honing his skills in personal and lifestyle management.

In 2012, Brandon established his own full-service management and consulting firm, The Redline Group, before joining Roc Nation in 2015 as the Director of Brand Management & Business Development, where he oversaw a diverse portfolio of clients and served as the business manager for his brother, NBA player Justise Winslow.
