Brandon Schwab is a passionate businessman who founded Shepherd Premier Senior Living to revolutionize the senior living industry. With a focus on resident care and not profit, Schwab aims to change the industry's existing caregiver to resident ratio from an unacceptable 1:15-20 to a more personalized ratio of 1 caregiver to every 5 residents. Schwab's inspiration for this endeavor came from his grandfather's subpar experience at a "big-box facility." Previously a real estate investor, Schwab's experience led him to manage a Boutique Senior Living Fund, work in acquisitions at SchwabPropertySolutions.com, own RWPropertyPreservation.com and partner at RaveWaves Inc. Schwab's education includes studying Business Management at McHenry County College.
