Brandon Richey is an accomplished engineering leader with over 16 years of experience in developing innovative web applications and software solutions across diverse sectors like e-commerce, healthcare, and human resources.

As a CTO of Refersion and SVP of Engineering at Helium10, both under Pacvue, Brandon led multidisciplinary teams in engineering, product development, design, and project management. He collaborated with executive stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of essential features, and establish and disseminate KPIs across engineering teams.

Brandon Richey is deeply committed to mentorship and coaching, cultivating a culture of high employee engagement and sustained product delivery velocity. He is dedicated to transformative servant leadership, empowering the engineering organization to achieve their maximum potential.

Brandon pursued his education at The College of Saint Rose, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in the same field.

Throughout his career, Brandon held key positions at firms like Echobind, Helium10, Refersion, Greenhouse Software, Teladoc, and Xerox Litigation Services, where he honed his expertise in software development, team leadership, strategic planning, and innovation.

Additionally, Brandon Richey contributed to academia as an Adjunct Lecturer of Computer Science at The College of Saint Rose and gained valuable experience as a Consulting Software Engineer at Blue Slate Solutions.
