Brandon Ray

Brandon Ray is a highly skilled Government, DEI & Community Relations Leader with over 15 years of experience in strategically managing community relations programs.

Throughout his career, he has successfully collaborated with business leaders and community stakeholders to drive transformational change objectives that align with various community programs and philanthropic initiatives.

Brandon is dedicated to crafting stakeholder engagement strategies, positioning companies as corporate citizenship leaders, advocating for employee engagement initiatives, and establishing success targets for multi-million dollar budgets.

He holds a Masters of Public Administration in Public Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Howard University.

His professional experience includes roles such as Regional Program Manager Community Operations at Amazon, where he spearheaded community-based initiatives and held key leadership responsibilities.

Previously, Brandon served as the Regional Director of External & Legislative Affairs at AT&T, bringing his expertise in government and community relations to the forefront of the organization.

Before that, he excelled as a Government & Community Relations Consultant at Renaissance Downtowns, LLC, where he honed his skills in community engagement and strategic planning for Fortune 500 companies.
