Brandon McLaren

Brandon McLaren, EIT, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University-Sacramento. He has a strong background in manufacturing engineering and operational excellence.

Currently, Brandon works as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Eaton, where he leads various initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes. He has held several key positions at Eaton, including Lead Manufacturing Engineer, Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Operational Excellence Lean Manufacturing Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer.

Brandon has also gained valuable experience through internships and leadership roles during his academic years. He served as an Industrial Engineering Intern at Siemens Industry US and participated in the Design and Testing Director role at Hornet Racing FSAE at California State University-Sacramento. Additionally, he completed an Engineering Internship at Placer County.

With his diverse experience in manufacturing engineering, leadership, and lean practices, Brandon McLaren is a seasoned professional with a passion for optimizing production processes and driving operational efficiency.
