Brandon Hawkins is a skilled professional with a diverse educational background.
He holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in International Relations and Affairs from Texas Southern University—Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where he also studied International Law and Legal Studies at Cornell University, and earned a BA in Political Science from Middlebury College.
Brandon has gained practical experience through various organizations, including serving as a Judicial Intern at Hon. Maria T. Jackson, 339th Harris County District Court, and formerly as a Judicial Intern at Hon. Karen Wells Roby in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
His passion for education led him to be a Founding 2nd Grade Teacher at KIPP New Orleans and a Corps Member at Teach for America, where he contributed to shaping young minds and making a positive impact in the community.
Brandon also has a strong background in tourism and administration, having held roles as a Junior Tourism Officer and Administrative Assistant at Antigua & Barbuda Dept. of Tourism and as an Intern at WSL Strategic Retail.
