Brandi Nichols is a talented UX Designer with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various organizations. Currently a senior honors student at Delaware State University, with a major in New Media in Art and a minor in Entrepreneurship, she excels in UX/UI Design, AR/VR, and entrepreneurship.
Brandi's educational journey includes a Bachelor's Degree in New Media in Arts with a focus on Digital Art and Design from Delaware State University, along with certificates in UI/UX Design from the California Institute of the Arts and Streetwear Essentials from Parsons School of Design. She also completed an Academic Internship Program in Social Media and Marketing at The Washington Center.
With a strong academic foundation, Brandi has been actively involved in numerous organizations, including serving as UX Design Lead at Purity App and Digital Design Fellow at Reyets: Social Justice Network. She has also held roles such as Head Of Design at UndercoverVC, Student Ambassador at Jemi, and Corresponding Secretary at The Fairy God Sisters of Delaware.
Brandi's professional experience is extensive, with roles ranging from User Experience Design Intern at IBM to Service Designer at NASA. She has been involved in initiatives with organizations like GSV Ventures, Rewriting the Code, and the U.S. Department of State. Her skills extend to graphic design, social media management, and entrepreneurship.
In addition to her practical experience, Brandi also enjoys exploring her personality through tests like the Enneagram, Numerology, and the Clifton Assessment. She brings a unique blend of creativity, vision, and intellect to her work, making her a valuable asset in the field of UX Design.
