Currently, Branden serves as an Advisory Solution Architect at ServiceNow, a role that leverages his expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) to provide strategic solutions. Prior to this, he held positions as an Executive, Principal, and Senior Technical Consultant within the ITOM division at ServiceNow, showcasing his continuous growth and development in the field.
