Brady Gurr is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in the solar industry, starting as a field technician in 2004 and progressing to executive roles.

Throughout his career, Brady has shown exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, which led to numerous promotions and successful project deliveries across residential and commercial sectors in 24 states.

As the National Operations Manager, Brady played a key role in expanding operations, building teams, and managing projects nationwide.

Recognizing an opportunity, Brady co-founded Green Envi, a successful local solar business that achieved over $5MM in revenue in its first year through word of mouth and referrals.

Brady's expertise in building and scaling efficient teams led him to executive positions at Clear Solar, Sunfinity Solar, Citadel Roofing and Solar, and most recently Avolta as the EVP of Operations.

At these companies, Brady spearheaded the creation of robust infrastructures supporting outstanding sales growth and ensuring fast project installations.

Brady holds master electrical licenses from Arizona, Nevada, and California, showcasing his commitment to professional development and expertise in the electrical aspects of solar installations.

With a strong educational background from Layton High School and Weber State University, Brady has consistently demonstrated a passion for learning and growing in his field.
