• Led 35-person team to develop Ravenshire Castle.  Coordinated product strategy, UI design, user experience, art direction, testing and game design.
• Iterated on original gameplay mechanics to ensure a stellar user experience.
• Ensured gameplay was tailored for the Facebook Platform and monetization.
• Conceptualized new social strategy game and developed with a team of 8 concurrently with Ravenshire Castle.

• Designed and balanced gambling mechanics that boosted daily spend 20% long-term.

• Quantified the positive effects of Balloon Payments on Reengagement, Virality and Monetization, leading to its core use in Ravenwood Fair.
• Retention and Monetization Product Manager – Ravenwood Fair.
• Designed features and optimizations for Ravenwood Fair that led to DARPU gains of 45%.
• Designed features and iterated on gameplay to increase Retention and Reengagement in Ravenwood Fair, leading to the DAU peak of over 1 million users.

• Balance Lead on Dante’s Inferno.  Balanced every aspect of the game for optimal UX and fun.
• Authored, designed and balanced Band of Heroes: Special Ops expansion that proved out content packs as major drivers of reengagement and DARPU.
• Rebalanced premium virtual goods leading to 30% long-term DARPU jumps across X-Wars titles.
