Brady Caspar

Brady Caspar is a versatile, level-headed problem solver who combines a strong academic background with engineering, development, program management, and interpersonal skills. He is a good listener and quick learner who thrives on asking questions and understanding complex concepts before contributing. Caspar studied Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Dynamics, Thermo Dynamics, and Applied Mathematics at Brown University. This education put him in a great position to transition into his role as the VP Engineering at hoo.be. Before this, Caspar worked for Microsoft as a Program Manager. He also held positions as Lead Application Developer at I’m Making A Difference and Freelance Software Developer.

Caspar has a history of using his background to work in complex industries. This started with his summer internship at Draper Laboratory, where he worked as a Fluid Mechanics Research Lab Assistant. From there, he went on to work as an Intern at Swift Aviation Airplane Mechanic Shop. Later, he worked as a Research Intern at Children's Hospital. Additionally, he participated in the James A. Baker III Institute for Public Policy at Rice University. Throughout these experiences, Caspar honed his skills in problem solving, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and quickly adapting to new technologies and environments.
