During his tenure as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Pacific Dental Services (PDS) for 23 years, Brady successfully built a highly effective finance and accounting organization.

He has developed and maintained strong relationships with commercial banks, enabling access to significant debt capital through various credit agreements like revolvers, Term A, and Institutional Term B credits.

Brady has been intimately involved in two ERP implementations, from SL Dynamics in the early 2000s to an Oracle implementation in 2018.

His proven track record includes creating high-performing teams, managing budgets, implementing process improvements, and spearheading expense management initiatives to drive profitable growth.
