Developed and grew a six-state market and wholesalers, for sales initiatives of a 250-barrel contract microbrewery, throughout the Northeast Region and Western Canada. Entire lifecycle development including packaging, production, registration, compliance, distribution, business development, sales, marketing, strategic and tactical planning, forecasting and training. Managed orders, inventory, budget reports, p&l statements, and sales activity, with the initiatives of the managing partners.
