Bradford Wills is a professional focused on helping organizations realize the untapped potential in their workforce and operations to better serve their stakeholders.

With a background in Chemical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Bradford has cultivated a skill set that allows him to approach complex problems and identify simple but effective solutions that empower employees within an organization.

Throughout his career, Bradford has held key roles such as General Manager at International Furan Technology (Pty) Ltd., Manufacturing Development Specialist at South African Breweries, and Management Trainee also at South African Breweries.

Currently, Bradford serves as a Team Member at Fulfil Consulting, where he continues to leverage his expertise in improving organizational effectiveness and empowering individuals to solve challenges autonomously.
