Braden Couch

Braden Couch is a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Edward A. Jerejian, Presiding Judge of Chancery in Bergen County, New Jersey. He holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from Northwestern University.

Braden has a diverse professional background, having served in various roles such as a Third Year Practice Attorney at the Orange County Public Defender and the Consumer Financial Transactions Clinic. He also worked as a Summer Judicial Law Clerk at the Northern District Of New York and gained editorial experience as an Articles Editor at the UNC Journal of International Law and a Staff Member at the North Carolina Journal of International Law.

In addition to his legal experience, Braden has also interned at the Office of the New York State Attorney General and served as a Junior Project Manager at CDPHP. Furthermore, he has experience working in government, having been a Summer Intern at the Mayor's Office in the City of Albany, New York.
