Brad Wolfe
Founder of Reimagine, Singer-Songwriter, and Consultant
Brad Wolfe is the founder and executive director of Reimagine, an innovative nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming cultural attitudes surrounding death, grief, and adversity. Established in 2017, Reimagine serves as a community platform where individuals from diverse backgrounds come together to confront life's most challenging experiences and inspire one another to live more fully. The organization has gained significant recognition, including being named a "World Changing Idea" by Fast Company Magazine and hosting the largest community-driven end-of-life events in the United States, with over 150,000 attendees at its festivals.123
Wolfe's personal journey into this field began after he performed bedside concerts for his friend Sara, who succumbed to pediatric cancer. This experience motivated him to co-found the Sunbeam Foundation, aimed at supporting pediatric cancer research. He also led a band called Brad Wolfe & the Moon, which performed for young individuals facing terminal illnesses and received media attention from platforms like MTV.13
Before founding Reimagine, Wolfe held various roles that combined creativity and strategy. He was the content and strategy lead for Delivering Happiness, a consulting firm focused on workplace culture, and worked as a creative producer at IDEO, where he explored the intersection of art and end-of-life issues. Additionally, he has experience in independent consulting and has contributed to discussions on positive organizational psychology through his writing for the Greater Good Science Center.13
Wolfe holds a BA and MA in sociology from Stanford University and an MBA from UC Berkeley, where he also served as a lecturer on creativity and innovation.1
