Brad has successfully helped clients across the nation with complex disputes ranging from high-profile matters to defending patent troll cases.
Brad's legal practice is diverse, with a particular focus on the financial services and banking industry. He also assists tech and software companies, start-ups, e-commerce, ed tech, manufacturers, socially conscious companies, health care companies, and higher education institutions. He leads teams for the firm that specialize in patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, contract review, data privacy, and litigation.
Brad is an expert in finding innovative solutions and exceeding client expectations. His work in economic development efforts for his home state of Arizona has led him to become a board member and member of the executive committee of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council. Additionally, he is the founding chair of the Make-a-Wish of Arizona Guardian Circle.
