➢	Budget setting and management, including developing rationale and re-forecasting

➢	Developed 2 new products to increase supporter engagement, including a far-reaching social media campaign aimed at younger supporters and a new social event to engage members and replace declining income from an older product
➢	65% increase in community fundraising net income in 2009/2010 financial year
