In this role, I was recruited by the company founder and a new strategic investor group to develop a mutually-agreed-upon operational plan for moving forward. 

This required aligning investors, board, and staff to create a common vision, operational infrastructure, and sales / marketing direction for this global leader in online gaming and branded entertainment for customers such as Intel, McDonald’s, Subaru, Kraft, and Microsoft. 

I oversaw operations and sales efforts while defining financial profitability plan and subsequent growth strategy for investors.

As a result, I was able to learn the gaming industry from development, go-to-market and monetization, which eventually led a complete turnaround of the company.
