Brad Thomas OAM PLY MAICD MAISA is the CEO of ASX-listed Prophecy International, an award-winning Australian software company.

With over two decades of experience in strategy and leadership, Brad has excelled in sales, marketing, service delivery, and operations across Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific, and Japan.

His journey with Prophecy International began in 2016, starting as the General Manager of Sales and Marketing for eMite before rising to the position of CEO.

Brad is dedicated to driving growth, enhancing sales efficiency, improving partner ecosystems, refining go-to-market strategies, and strengthening sales and marketing alignment.

His professional background includes roles at prominent companies like Canon Australia, Novell, Lenovo, Microsoft, and Telstra.

Beyond his corporate expertise, Brad also brings a sports background as a former elite athlete, fostering a culture of coaching, the utilization of stories in business, and the importance of a clear vision.

Brad's educational journey includes completing the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Canon General Management Program at Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and other certifications from TAFE NSW, Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, and Rosny College in Hobart.
