Brad Steele

Brad Steele is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in finance, management, and startups.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management and Finance from The George Washington University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management from Gettysburg College.

Throughout his career, Brad has held prominent roles in several well-known organizations. He served as the GM Americas & Managing Director of Global Client Success, as well as the GM Americas & Managing Director of Global Partnerships, at Thought Machine.

Prior to his tenure at Thought Machine, Brad was the Managing Director of Global Startups & Venture Capital at Amazon Web Services. He also held the position of Senior Vice President at MMV Financial, a Venture Debt & Equity Fund.

Brad's experience also includes serving as the Managing Director and a founding member of the leadership team at Square 1 Bank, a de-novo bank catering to startups, which was later acquired by PacWest.

His expertise in financial services is evident from his roles as the Senior Vice President leading the New York Metro market for Comerica Bank's Technology and Life Sciences Division, as well as his experience as the Vice President of Business Banking at Riggs Bank, acquired by PNC.

Earlier in his career, Brad held various positions such as AVP in Retail and Business Banking at Citizens Bank of Maryland, as well as a Credit Specialist at Norwest Bank, which was acquired by Wells Fargo.
