Brad Miller is a serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of success. He has bought, built and sold multiple companies, always focusing on capital efficiency. Miller grew ATI revenue 400% and achieved 37% EBITDA margins, generating a 9x ROI for investors upon exit. He also founded Silversky, which he grew to $60mm revenue and $10mm in EBITDA, attaining a $250mm acquisition by BAE. Previously, Miller led the impressive growth of PRG to $350mm in revenue in two years through a roll-up strategy. He also served as an active board member at SeeClickFix, sold for $22mm, and Palomar Technologies, sold for $200mm.

Miller holds a BA in Economics from Franklin & Marshall College and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He also attended The Lawrenceville School.

Miller formerly held numerous executive positions, including CEO of Awareness Technologies, executive chairman of Perimeter eSecurity, and COO of Production Resource Group. He served as a board member at SeeClickFix and Palomar Technologies and as a director at Schroder Wertheim Holdings I Inc.
