Brad Good is a seasoned bi-lingual executive with a strong background in management consulting and operations, boasting a deep enterprise P&L expertise and a significant track record of creating value. Currently residing in Austin, he brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Brad pursued his education at prestigious institutions, earning an MBA with honors in Finance and Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also holds a BA degree in Economics and Chinese Language from the University of California, Berkeley, showcasing his diverse academic background.

With a rich professional history, Brad has held key roles in various organizations. He currently serves as an advisor and investor at Independent. Previously, he held the positions of CEO and CFO at OurGroup, INC, Chief Operating Officer at ALEPH CAPITAL PARTNERS LLC, and First Vice President & Head of Retail Branch Network at UNITED OVERSEAS BANK GROUP (managing US$61 billion in assets). He also worked as a Consultant at Kearney, highlighting his wide-ranging experience in different sectors.
