Brad Elmenhurst is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in the IT and aerospace industries. He retired from Boeing in January 2021 after a distinguished 33-year career, culminating in his role as the acting VP of the IT Product Systems organization. Currently, Brad is spearheading the implementation of Dassault Systemes' products in the High Tech and Life Sciences Industries, driving digital enterprise business transformation solutions and focusing on user-centric and value-based implementations.
During his tenure at Boeing, Brad served as the Senior Director of Engineering Systems & Digital Enterprise Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) leader. His responsibilities included overseeing the digital enterprise PLM for design, manufacturing, and support functions, aligning with Boeing's transition to a Model-Based Engineering company. He was instrumental in the development, reliability, and availability of engineering systems across the enterprise.
Brad's comprehensive IT background spans systems development, product data management, material management, fabrication, industrial engineering, finance, and business operations. He actively contributed to the success of the 787 Global Collaboration Environment and championed strategies for employee engagement and leveraging technical capabilities within IT departments. His academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Seattle Pacific University.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Brad has engaged in various volunteer activities, such as coaching youth, high school, and college soccer teams, volunteering at Puget Sound Junior High Schools, and serving on local Parks & Recreation Boards.
Currently, Brad Elmenhurst holds the position of Vice President Strategy Programs at Dassault Systèmes, leveraging his wealth of experience in IT leadership, digital transformation, and enterprise product lifecycle management.
