Brad Butler is a Partner in the Commercial Finance Practice Group at Frost Brown Todd (FBT) and serves as the Co-Chair of the firm's Multifamily Housing Industry Sub-Team.1 He specializes in representing developers, investors, syndicators, and lenders in the multifamily housing industry, with a focus on affordable housing and historic preservation.1
Brad has extensive experience in structuring and closing new construction and rehabilitation deals involving state and federal low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, and multiple layers of financing.1 He is a member of the American Bar Association's Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law and serves on the Tax Credits and Equity Financing Committee.1
