Throughout his career, Brad has honed his expertise in Direct and Channel Sales Management, particularly excelling in creating and driving marketing programs and incentive campaigns to promote technology products through channel organizations.

As a Vice President of Sales, Brad has demonstrated strong leadership skills in managing sales teams and exceeding revenue objectives. His proactive approach includes ownership of sales planning, performance metrics, forecasting, and reporting, as well as the strategic development of teams focused on new technologies and process improvements.

Brad holds a BA in Business Communications from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey - Rutgers Business School. He has served in various key roles in renowned organizations such as AGC Networks Ltd., Converge One (NACR), Arrow Electronics, Siemens AG Communications Division, and Fujitsu Business Communications.
