Brad Adams

Brad Adams is the Partner and Chief Financial Officer at The Hampstead Companies, a group of vertically integrated companies dedicated to serving the affordable housing and community development industries.1 He has held this position since January 2013, working in the Greater San Diego Area.1

Adams has extensive experience in the financial sector, particularly in affordable housing and community development. His responsibilities at The Hampstead Companies include overseeing a national portfolio of 37 properties totaling 3,799 units across multiple states.1 The company focuses on developing and repositioning existing properties, often involving complex, multi-layered financing and addressing regulatory constraints.1

In addition to his role at The Hampstead Companies, Adams also serves as Director and Treasurer of The Hampstead Foundation, Inc. since August 2015.1 This foundation is dedicated to advancing low-income individuals by aiding in access to education and technology.1
