Boyd Carson is a seasoned managing partner with a passion for creating and managing micro venture capital funds. His expertise spans venture capital, SEIS, and EIS schemes. At Sapphire Capital Partners LLP, he helps grow companies and launch investment funds through his team's management of 30+ funds with £100m+ ($130M) under management. Boyd has a strong academic background, having studied for a Masters in Finance at Harvard University and a BA in History at Cardiff University. He also completed the Climate Leaders Program for Graduate Students at Harvard University and obtained a Postgraduate degree at Queen's University Belfast.

Prior to his role at Sapphire, Boyd held Director positions at Sapphire Business Advisers Limited and PwC, where he was responsible for Transaction Services. He also previously served as the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
