He has worked with top companies such as Renaissance Holding, where he focused on commercial, residential, and industrial development, as well as investment and co-investment projects. Mr. Basok has been instrumental in projects worth over $2.5 billion, where he led market analysis, feasibility studies, land development, strategic positioning, relationship building with administrative sources, coordination with co-partners, marketing activities, and sales planning stages. He enjoys creating focus groups to analyze the core needs of future users and has defined cost-saving principles for his 1 million sq. m residential project, where he decreased building costs by 25% through design optimization. Mr. Basok has an MSc. in New Product Development and Integrated Marketing Communications and an MA in Architecture and Communications.
