With a Master of Science in International Finance and Banking, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, both with honors from Cass Business School, Caspers has extensive knowledge and understanding of consumer goods and the economies of emerging markets. As the Digital Consumer Manager for Emerging Markets at Beiersdorf, she is currently focused on promoting the company's digital transformation in the consumer goods sector across emerging markets. Prior to this, she was the Business Strategy Manager, where she gained experience in developing sales strategies and driving growth in the consumer goods industry. Her interest in mergers and acquisitions has also led her to become the Co-President of Cass M&A and PE Society. With previous internships at Jacobs Douwe Egberts, RB, and Jimmy Choo, Bonny Caspers has gained immense knowledge and expertise in marketing, business strategy, and digital transformation in the consumer goods industry.
