Boe Young, a retired Army Major General, has an impressive background as an executive leader, with experience in both established and start-up for-profit businesses. Young has been successful in large, non-profit government/military sectors, demonstrating an ability to lead and motivate people, conceptualize distinctive strategies, and implement effective plans. As a former Army Representative to the Defense Innovation Board and a member of the Board of Directors for a Fortune 200 sized global retailer, Young brings a wealth of knowledge to any organization. He is currently the Founder/CEO of Peacemaker Partners, LLC, and a Limited Partner Venture Investor.
Young has studied at several prestigious institutions, including Davidson College, where he studied BA, Economics, Emory University - Goizueta Business School, where he studied MBA, Finance and Management, and Singularity University, where he earned an Executive Program certification. He also earned a Master of Strategic Studies at The United States Army War College, a Certificate in Design Thinking at University of Virginia Darden School of Business Foundation, and was a National Security Fellow at Syracuse University - Maxwell School.
Young's organizations include Peacemaker Partners, LLC, where he serves as Founder/CEO. His previous positions include Managing Director at ICON Medical Partners, Managing Partner at Military Expert Witness Group, Partner/Chief Operating Officer at Galloway Consulting, and Vice President at Impressions Marketing Group, Inc. He also served as Commanding General, 75th Innovation Command (CEO equivalent) at US Army, Brigadier General, Deputy Chief/Director Human Capital, U.S. Army Reserve (COO/CHRO equivalent) at US Army, and Vice President, Operations at M.O.D.E., among others.
