With Chaparral I started as a lease operator in the Camrick CO2 flood then quickly moved up to a Production Tech position where I gained experience shooting fluid levels and trouble-shooting EOR and E&P wells. I held that position for about two years then was promoted to Production Foreman over Exploration & Production. With that position I was in charge of overseeing construction on new drill tank batteries and SWD lines, putting new wells online, lease operators and increasing production. I held that position for about two years then was promoted to my current position of Senior Production Foreman over Exploration & Production, I oversee Production Foreman, Construction Foreman and Production Techs and all of their daily activities.
