Bobby Johnson

Bobby Johnson, a former contributor to the SOLIDWORKS Education Blog at Dassault Systèmes, has a strong background in education and technology. Johnson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Eastern Washington University and has experience working as a STEM Program Manager in EDU Sales at Quest Integration. Johnson’s passion for improving education programs has led him to become an Account Executive in Higher Education at Emsi, where he helps schools understand the best-suited SOLIDWORKS software package or 3D printer setup for their needs. Additionally, Johnson coordinates education events that bring together high school students, university students, and industry professionals to network, learn, and present STEM projects.

Throughout his career, Johnson has focused on researching, qualifying, and contacting individuals who have a desire to improve teaching methods by adopting industry-relevant tools and learning how to use them. Johnson's previous experience as a Community-Based Instructor and Raspberry Pi Administrator also demonstrates his dedication to educating local communities about technology.
