Holland's journey started in Florida, where he took on a challenge to build websites and get them ranked on Google for real estate agents, even though he had no knowledge of either. Over the years, he learned that high-quality, user-centric content, frequent production, detailed website structure, targeted keyword research, and a high authority backlink portfolio are fundamental to SEO success.

Before starting Bipper Media, Holland graduated from Thomas Edison State College with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and The University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Services. He also worked as a loan officer at HSBC, an area manager at Walmart Logistics, and an Airborne Ranger-Team Leader in the US Army.
