Bobby Brannigan

Bobby Brannigan, a native of Brooklyn, NY, embarked on his entrepreneurial journey early in life through his family's local grocery store, instilling in him the values of hard work and community.

Driven by a passion for innovation in commerce, he founded a groundbreaking online textbook marketplace during college, which swiftly rose to prominence and was later acquired by a major player in the college textbook industry.

In 2015, he co-founded Mercato, an online marketplace dedicated to empowering independent grocers amidst the digital revolution, facilitating their growth and sustainability through comprehensive omnichannel solutions.

Aside from his entrepreneurial pursuits, Bobby is actively involved in the tech sector as an angel investor and advisor, offering guidance to budding technology startups based on his own experiences and successes.

His educational background includes studying Business - Finance at the State University of New York at Fredonia and attending Xaverian High School.

Bobby has been associated with various organizations in different capacities, including being an investor in Season Health, Rocket Fuel Labs, APERIO, JobGet, and many others. He also served as the Founder & CEO of Mercato.
