Negotiated better Group Health Care Coverage at a savings to the company
Instrumental in expanding hospital contracts such as ADVOCATE Health Partners and Northwest Hospital  
Developed and created standard operating procedure (SOP) manuals for all facets of operation
Responsible for becoming an ancillary network provider for several insurance groups
Implemented, trained and managed new windows based medical billing software system
