Bob Rathbun

Bob Rathbun is a highly educated professional with a background in Telecommunications and Electrical Engineering Technology.

He holds a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, both from Rochester Institute of Technology. Additionally, he studied Drafting/CAD at Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology.

Bob has gained extensive experience working in various roles at reputable organizations. Currently, he serves as the Manager of the Network Management Center (NMC) at AVANGRID, Inc., formerly known as Iberdrola USA.

Prior to his managerial position, he held the role of Lead Engineer Telecommunications Fiber/Microwave at AVANGRID, Inc. Bob also has a background in managerial positions, having worked as the Network and Telecom Metier Manager at Alstom Transport.

His time at Alstom Transport also included roles such as Validation, Integration & Test Manager (Solutions) and Integration and Validation Engineer. Before his tenure at Alstom Transport, Bob Rathbun worked at Bosch Security Systems in various capacities, including Test Engineer, Testing Technician/Project Lead, Tech Support Specialist I, and MIS Support Analyst.
