Bob Quinn

Bob Quinn is the Executive Director of the South Carolina Research Authority (SCRA), a position he has held since August 1, 2016.1 As the leader of SCRA, Quinn plays a crucial role in fostering South Carolina's innovation economy and technology sector.

Background and Experience

Before joining SCRA, Quinn had an extensive career at the Battelle Memorial Institute, where he worked in various executive roles since 1990.1 His most recent position at Battelle was Managing Director for Technology Commercialization and Advisory Services for their subsidiary, 360ip Pte. Ltd.1

Throughout his career, Quinn has developed significant expertise in:
