Bob Pender

Bob Pender is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in law and energy infrastructure. He previously served as a partner at Hogan & Hartson, a global law firm, where he was the Chair and Practice Group Director of its Project & International Finance Group for a decade.1 In this role, he led large-scale energy infrastructure transactions across North America, Central and South America, and South Asia, representing various stakeholders including nation states, lenders, equity investors, and developers.1
