We are currently creating the 501c and developing the board and the long term plans for 2020 and beyond.NOSTOS                         Nōstōs: Greek origin, The Return HomeThe Nostos Program is designed to facilitate a successful transition into civilian life. NSWC participants share camaraderie, stories, and support, and apply proven organizational and teamwork skills towards common goals in a beautiful, peaceful setting. After the physical and interpersonal intensity of the military, reintegrating back into civilian life can be profoundly challenging. On this course, through mentorship and facilitated work, you will begin developing a transition plan and vision for your life. After the course, participants report greater self-confidence and experience healthier and more balanced lives. The expedition may only last a week, but the strength of the experience and ongoing group work and support will last a lifetime.

Nostos: A Veteran's Journey

President - Nostos: Veterans Leading Veterans through the Journey Home  (Non-Profit)

Outdoor Adventure Team (OATs) provides bikes, equipment, access and training for cycling activities as an outreach program for veteran wounded, ill or injured.  This program introduces it's members to positive activities that add to their lives in a way that will further promote health, longevity and comradeship beyond the platoon life. Through our partnership with the USO we have created a sustainable program that broadens recovery and teaches veterans how to have lifelong fitness.  Our participants add to their “life experience” through challenges like recreational cycling, mountain biking, bike racing, and extreme endurance events. Though this program currently is emphasizing cycling centric activities we will be broadening the scope of the program as resources allow for us.

I lead Victory Strategies in the Northeastern part of the United States and transitioned from the U.S. Navy in May 2019 after serving for over 28 years as a SEAL. While on active duty, I founded two non-profit programs, focusing on a healthy lifestyle for military families, and building resiliency for transitioning military members. Throughout my career, I have served as a Special Operations leader, building high-performing teams conducting our nation’s most sensitive operations, building trust among peers and superiors alike. My expertise is sought out by leaders in operational, strategic, and diplomatic arenas.
