He currently serves as an advisor to Overalls and ChangeEngine, two early-stage startups, providing guidance on product feedback, GTM and marketing strategies, and client introductions.

With credentials including SHRM-CP, PHR-CA, and CIPD, Bob is actively involved in PeopleTech Partners, a collective of People Leaders driving innovation in the Future of Work. Throughout his career, he has held key positions like Chief Operating Officer at AVID.ooo, VP of People at Discreet Labs, and International Head of People at Okcoin, showcasing his expertise in organizational leadership and strategic HR management.

His vast experience encompasses roles like VP of HR at BRD, Director of Human Resources at Lumiata, and Human Resources Business Partner at Thomson Reuters, highlighting his versatile skill set and dedication to enhancing workplace environments.
