Bob Hurd is a proud Army Veteran and military transition advocate with a wealth of experience in operations leadership and team building.

With a background in History from the University of Delaware and a Master's Degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University, Bob has a strong educational foundation.

Having served in various roles at Amazon, including Senior Operations Manager, Bob has honed his skills in process optimization, planning, and team motivation.

Bob's military experience includes serving as a Transitioning Officer in the US Army and holding positions such as Executive Officer/Chief of Staff and Director of Operations at the 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade.

His expertise lies in operations synchronization, team management, and fostering strong communication and relationships within organizations.
