Bob Higgins is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Barge Design Solutions, Inc., having joined the firm in 1996 as an intern after graduating from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Educationally, Higgins pursued his Civil Engineering degree at Vanderbilt University after completing his early studies at Logan County.
