Bob Goodson

Bob Goodson is the Founder and President of Quid, an AI company dedicated to providing comprehensive customer context to leading brands, with headquarters in Silicon Valley and teams across various global cities.

In recent years, Bob oversaw the merger of Quid and NetBase, integrated teams, launched Quid Social, managed strategic accounts, continued R&D efforts, developed new visualizations, combined platforms, introduced the Quid Connect integration capability to the market, worked on company positioning and branding, and launched prediction capabilities.

Prior to Quid, Bob was Yelp's initial employee serving as a product designer.

He is known for his interest in aligning new technologies with user needs, collaborating with talented engineers and sales professionals to create groundbreaking solutions.

Bob is particularly passionate about the ethical and societal impacts of emerging technologies, evidenced by his two-year term on the World Economic Forum's Global Future Council for AI & Robotics, where he addressed these topics at Davos.

Bob's educational background includes an MPhil in Medieval English Literature 1100-1500 from the University of Oxford and a BA (Hons) in English Literature & Philosophy from the University of East Anglia.

Throughout his career, Bob held various roles at Quid, including Founder & President, CEO, and Chief Revenue Officer. He also served as a Sales Director and Product Manager at Yelp.com and as a Product Manager at Midtown Doornail.
