I currently do IT support for small businesses and small nonprofits.

IT Consultant

Manage, support and maintain the 1-to-1 Laptop Program at St. Andrew's Episcopal School. This included maintaining our inventory and deployment with the JAMF Casper Suite and backup of all school computers through CrashPlan. 

I am responsible for application deployment, patch management, and operating system upgrades for the entire school. 

-Managing and deploying around 800 Macs with the JAMF Suite 

-Managing and deploying around 200 iPads with the JAMF Suite 

-Strategized, purchased and implemented distribution and collection of laptops yearly

Created short and long range plans for development of IT; responsible for purchasing and budgetary needs. Trained personnel in the use of existing and new systems put into place. Audited and installed better security procedures and protocols where needed. Provided technical support for DC and overseas offices; accomplished a transition from a small business IT environment to an enterprise level environment and cut costs of IT operations overall by:
•	Introduced a network login solution using SAMBA and OpenLDAP for Windows and Mac clients
•	Implemented enterprise level antivirus for DC and overseas office using Sophos Antivirus
•	Created a telecommuting solution using VPN services in Mac OS X Server and Terminal Services in Windows Server.
•	Managed a mail server running CommuniGate Pro.
•	Migrated from CommuniGate Pro email system to Google Apps.
•	Created a VPN tunnel between DC and overseas office with SonicWall firewalls
Handled the technology portion of an office move from one location to another location in 2006. Helped oversee the creation and development of a Monitor & Evaluation Database. Handled the technology portion of a company name change from Landmine Survivors Network to SurvivorCorps in 2008. Managed the launch of a new website in 2008. Responsible for the handling of the technology and office inventory in closing Survivor Corps in 2010.

I was one of two Information Systems interns.  We handled re-imaging computers, trouble shooting problems, and creating and implementing a VLAN set up.

IS Intern

I was a member of the Mac desktop support team.  We serviced and troubleshooted students, faculty, and staff Macintosh computers and problems.
