With a strong background in strategic industry management, outsourcing and offshoring services, deal structuring, and financial acumen, Elkins is a dedicated team leader and project manager. He has broad IT knowledge and domain expertise, and excels at stakeholder relationship management and professional services. Elkins is an alum of the NYU Stern School of Business and has a certificate in International Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He previously served as the Strategic Sourcing Manager at Resorts World Las Vegas and Category Manager, IT Strategic Sourcing at Caesars Entertainment Corporation. Prior to that, Elkins held a variety of management and leadership roles at YP, AT&T, Kintera, USSearch.com, Packard Bell NEC, PC Mall, Inc., and The Sanwa Bank Ltd.
