Bob Corey

Bob Corey is a successful Financial Executive with an extensive background spanning over 30 years. He has gained experience in financial management in both hardware and software technology companies, excelled in public and private company financial management, showcased expertise in Board governance and audit committees of public companies, and is known for his decision-oriented approach and effective communication skills.

Bob earned his CPA (inactive) credential while working at Arthur Andersen & Co in the early stages of his career. Additionally, he is a Vietnam-era veteran of the US Air Force, where he served as an Air Traffic Controller. Bob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting from California State University-Fullerton.

Throughout his career, Bob has held key positions in renowned organizations, such as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Non-Executive Board Member at WANdisco, Managing Partner at BC Enterprises, Executive Vice President at Calliduscloud, Chief Financial Officer at FrontRange Solutions, Chairman of the Audit Committee at LiveOps, Apigee Corporation, Veraz Networks, Extreme Networks, and AmberPoint, among others. He has also served as Executive Vice President Interim CEO and EVP/CFO at Extreme Networks, and held roles in senior financial management at Western Digital and Ashton-Tate Corporation.
