Robert G. Brody is the founding member and Managing Partner of Brody and Associates, LLC, a Labor and Employment law firm which represents management. He founded the firm in 1997 after previously being a Managing Partner at one of the largest Management Labor and Employment law firms in the United States, Jackson Lewis.1

Bob has over 27 years of experience in private practice, representing both public and private sector entities across the United States. He works with companies in various industries, providing daily counsel on Labor and Employment issues such as the ADA, FMLA, workplace violence and alternative dispute initiatives. Bob also represents employers before Federal, State and local civil rights agencies and in court.1

Some of the clients that have retained Bob's services include a large fast food chain, the world's largest picture molding manufacturer and distributor, a leading women's fashion design house, a petroleum company, a tier one auto parts supplier, and a management company representing world renowned entertainers.1
